new laws on child labor government prohibits the employment of children under 14 years, with the exception of tasks

Parliament today the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Bill 2016 approved the use of less than 14 years to ban, children of all "professional" but "work at home", for example, allows families help in forests, fields and small family units the Lok Sabha gives them the green light.

It ensures a greater punishment for the perpetrators. The penalty for the use of a child was sentenced to two years of imprisonment of six months increased (from 3 months to one year) and a fine of 20,000 rupees to 50,000 rupees (Rs 10,000 -20,000), or both.

The second time offense will attract imprisonment of one to three years from the first 6 months and two years.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no child will be employed in any occupation or practice, unless he or she her family after school or help your family helps in the camps, home based work, meets the forest or attending technical facilities during the holidays, to learn.

The Minister of Labour and Employment Bandaru Dattatreya said the bill is a law and "history" of "historic", the under 14 year ban on overall child points from engaging in any profession and processes when the child helps his family after school ,
