ALBANY - The former head of a major Jewish charities - and old friend of the disgraced Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver former - are on probation until 2017 out of the question, but now spends more time at home than behind bars.
As part of its work program releases, William rapfogel now can move from Wednesday to Sunday night "approved residence", the authorities of the state prison. Sources say that with his wife at home, Silver former Chief of Staff Judy rapfogel.

Rapfogel was sentenced to 31/3 to 10 years in prison after pleading while the head of the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty guilty in 2014 for his role in a kickback scam itself.
