Louise Wall, commercial director of the group of the Chamber of Commerce Coventry and Warwickshire, said: "This is a recognition of Coventry to live as a great place to work and because of the different industries and many large companies have headquarters here.
"We still have an automobile production and strong, but also other sectors grow and thrive, to bring a variety of new possibilities.
"And when you combine that with Coventry Warwickshire to offer in terms of our position, our universities, attractions and parks, it is easy to see why this study came to this conclusion."
