Most people in India prefer to work at home,

In terms of gender, women are motivated to work for promotions, while men seek their influence in the workplace to increase.

A significant number of interested employees are working from home more often preferred in people over 45, according to a survey.

Agency Randstad HR said Thursday that almost the same number of men and women felt they would like telecommuting.
